2. Parts & Product Returns

If your service included parts or products (e.g., garage door openers, springs, panels), the following conditions apply:

  • Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of purchase (depending on the product).
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Used or installed parts
  • Custom-made or special-order items
  • Damaged items due to misuse or improper handling

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel a scheduled service before the technician is dispatched without any charge.
  • Cancellations made after dispatch may be subject to a service fee.

We only replace items if they are:
